JAR Quality Services LLC was created to contribute to the strengthening of food safety, quality management, and operational excellence across the U.S. food system. The company serves as a technical and operational platform that uses the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) as a methodology to support improvement, prevention, standardization, and capability development within food sector organizations.
Our work is structured around seven strategic pillars: quality and food safety, management, environmental stewardship, supply chain, industrial safety, human talent, and maintenance. Through these pillars, we help organizations strengthen their preventive capabilities, operational maturity, and technical performance across the food chain.

Jesús Antonio Rodriguez
Jesús Antonio Rodríguez is a Chemical Engineer with postgraduate training in Quality Assurance and more than 11 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, developed in highly regulated, high-demand operational environments. He earned his Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad de Oriente in Venezuela in 2012 and later completed a Specialization in Quality Assurance at Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2017.
Throughout his career, Jesús has built a rare combination of scientific knowledge, technical capability, and operational leadership. His experience includes quality assurance, food safety, statistical process control, deviation analysis, process optimization, traceability, analytical method validation, and the implementation of ERP and MES systems in complex industrial environments.
In his professional journey, he has worked in large-scale organizations where he helped apply systems such as HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, PRPs, and ISO 17025, along with continuous improvement tools. His experience goes beyond regulatory compliance; it also includes capability building, process standardization, and knowledge transfer to operational and supervisory teams. Our goal is not to offer isolated services, but to help organizations build integrated systems that move from documentary compliance to real, measurable, and sustainable process control.
